Our client is a leading Western International Engineering & Construction Contractor with various programmes located throughout the Middle East and national offices in London and Worldwide. PMR has provided services to our client for over 25 years. They are currently involved with civil construction building projects in Saudi Arabia, including the construction of a Residential Complex in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia which includes the construction of villas and apartments, community and commercial facilities, recreation centres, labour accommodation, Mosques, including all infrastructure works and landscaping.
They are urgently seeking a SENIOR PLANNING ENGINEER. Candidates should preferably have the following attributes and experience:-
1. Preferably a BSc Civil Engineering degree with at least 10 years of previous experience in Construction, with a good understanding of the construction process and experience in large building and civil engineering projects as Site and Planning Engineer, preferably in the Middle East.
2. Excellent knowledge of Primavera Project Planner version P6/P8.
3. Understanding of database management system (DBMS) such as Access, Paradox, Powerbuilder.
4. Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel and Word).
5. Understanding of Cost Code system.
Candidates should be able to prepare for the project:-

3. Plant Requirements
4. Income Projection – S. Curve
5. Budget
6. Cost Report
7. Weekly & Monthly Reports
8. Implement delay analysis techniques and assist the Quantity Surveyors in the preparation of claims for extension of time submissions.
