Planning Manager

A contracting company in Hong Kong is currently looking for a junior level planning manager to work on some of their rail projects.  Planning Manager – job description:- Prepare project schedules with look-ahead programmes to ensure construction runs according to plan and budget.- Work with construction and procurement team to coordinate time frames for activities such as material orders, delivery, installation etc. - Identify and implement preventative measures for potential risks and accidents.  Planning Manager – requirements:- Degree in civil engineering or equivalent field of study in construction/project management. - MUST have Cantonese and English skills to communicate effectively with all parties involved including suppliers, consultants and the client. - Experience with Hong Kong rail projects is preferred.  Company Overview:The client is a well known company that specializes in power generation such as electrical energy and transport infrastructure developments.
