Senior Planning Engineer, Construction – Bristol
Senior Planning Engineer is required by a leading name in UK main contracting to join their regional operations in the South West. The company is highly regarded within the UK construction market and have a reputation for their high standards and providing solutions to complex projects.
The Senior Planning Engineer will be Bristol based and they will be responsible for the planning through the whole lifecycle of construction projects across sectors including commercial, industrial, education, defence, retail, healthcare and leisure.
The Senior Planning Engineer will join an existing team of planners and they will report directly into the divisional director and be expected to act as a stand-alone Senior Planner and able to be left to their own devices.
Candidate
· Minimum 5 years planning experience
· Strong experience of the full life cycle of projects from inception to completion.
· Strong working knowledge of Asta Powerproject.
· Site based experience.
· Engineering qualification.
· Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
· Understanding of BIM and 4D visualisations desired but not essential.
On offer is a competitive basic salary of up to £55,000 per annum plus a main contractor’s benefits package comprising of car or car allowance, fuel card, pension, healthcare, annual pay reviews etc.
