Senior Planning Engineer, Construction – Central London
Senior Planning Engineer is required by a leading Main Contractor based in Central London to join an already existing team that are responsible for a wide range of construction projects in London. Their need to recruit an additional Senior Planner to the team comes as a result of increasing workloads. On offer is a basic salary of £60,000 plus a benefits package that includes car / car allowance, pension, healthcare etc.
Reporting in to the division’s Planning Manager you will work alongside the other planners within the team and be responsible for producing competitive tenders and site activities for residential, schools, healthcare and student accommodation projects within London / Greater London.
To be considered for this opportunity, candidates will need to be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
· 3-5 years planning experience within a similar role.
· Tender and Contract planning experience on UK Construction projects – preferably you will have experience of residential, schools, healthcare and student accommodation projects.
· Experienced user of Asta Powerproject.
· 3D/4D design experience would be beneficial but not essential.
· Strong communication skills.
