Senior Construction Planner - Consultancy - London £50k-£55k
A niche Planning consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Planner / Programmer to join a team planning the design and construction stages of major building developments.
You are expected to be professionally qualified and are likely to be working for a leading main contractor or within the Planning and Programming or Pre-construction team of a top consultancy. You will have gained project experience on a variety of construction projects, preferably including offices, residential and mixed use, ideally over £50m construction value. Primavera P6 and / or Asta Powerproject experience is essential as well as phasing plans, scheduling and EVA.
It would be preferred if candidates have experience of working with clients and Architects on the front end, RIBA stage A-C as well as a strong track record from stage C/D onwards. You will possess good written and verbal communication skills and have the ability to present at Board level. Experience of managing and motivating teams as well as mentoring and training junior colleagues is also key.
