Construction Site Planner- Central London

£60,000 + BENEFITS

Main building contractor with excellent reputation is seeking a Project Planner to work on current project. The company is ranked as frontier within planning and building within London. Client is looking for someone to work as number 2 to the Planning Manager. This is an exciting project worth £150million, with the prospects of eventually running and managing the planning process through to completion.

Period will consist of 32months on site from demolition through to luxury commercial offices.

The person:

  • Hold a relevant building/construction related qualification
  • Ideally be a member of CIOB but not essential
  • Be qualified in using Primavera or Asta Power Project
  • Have on site/live project experience
  • Team player

The package consists of excellent base salary along with excellent benefits, topped off with the opportunity to join a top level construction team with great future progression.
