They are urgently seeking a pro-active site based, “hands on” Project Controls Manager for a Wastewater Treatment and Desalination Plant located in Saudi Arabia, monitoring the Subcontractor on a daily basis. Candidates should be well qualified with Primavera Planning & project scheduling experience and supervision of EPC Contractor preferably with utilities, offsite, refinery, petrochemical, power & infrastructure overseas/Middle East projects.
