The Role
Project Controls Manager
- Degree Qualification is ESSENTIAL in order to get client approval (e.g. BSc, BEng, MSc etc).
- Large Building project experience (pre-construction and supervision)
- Responsible for the development of the Programme controls and methodology for delivery of numerous sub-programme packages.
- Establish and maintain schedule baselines and ensure project control mechanisms are in place to monitor performance.
- Working closely with the client, sub consultants and main contractors.
- Review overall project status with the Project Management team and recommend corrective action where necessary.
- Responsible for managing the Project Planning & Project Controls team, reporting to the Project Director.
Experience
Degree Qualification is ESSENTIAL (e.g. BSc, BEng, MSc).
International experience is NOT essential, but preferred.
Large Mixed Use Projects (Masterplanning, Pre-Construction and Construction) experience is ESSENTIAL.
