Planning Manager – Sydney, AUSTRALIA
Planning Manager is currently required to join a high regarded engineering organisation to join their Construction Division. The company is highly regarded and well known for their excellence in delivering high profile and complex projects.
Based in Sydney the Planning Manager will play an important role in leading the planning function across the regions business. The Planning Manager will report directly into the General Manager of Construction and take full responsibility for leading a team of Planning Engineers at tender and contract stages of construction projects across New South Wales.
Candidate
· Minimum 10 years planning experience within a main contractor environment.
· Very strong knowledge of building / construction.
· Degree qualified in Building Engineering or equivalent.
· Negotiation and influencing skills.
· Ability to lead and manage teams.
· Problem solving and decision making skills.
· Knowledge of innovative technology.
· Advanced planning software skills.
· Strong communicator both written and verbal.
