Our client are currently seeking a Planner to join their Highways team based in Oxford on an initial 3 month contract.
As Highways Planner you will be required to assist in the development and management of all relevant programmes. Provide advice, guidance and training to the Client and relevant internal teams and track progress, incorporate changes and forecast delivery dates and expenditure
You will also assist in the preparation of periodic reports, statistics, and answers to enquiries concerning the programmes, provide support the watchman team as and when required ensuring high standards of programming are carried out to meet client and contract requirements and to develop and improve working practices and seek innovative solutions.
To be considered you must hold relevant experience of highways maintenance operations, be conversant is the use of MS Project and Office and hold good all round Project Management and communication skills.
In return for you skills and experience you will be rewarded with a negotiable rate of £250/day Ltd and an initial 3 month contract.
