Senior Consultant (Planning & Programme Management) - London
We are retained by a project management consultancy that provides a wide range of project planning, project controls, project management, commercial and specialist consultancy services to the property, engineering and construction sectors. They work closely with a major investment bank in managing their property portfolio and developments, across Europe and the world. They currently require a Planning and Programme Management professional to join their team in London with a view to working with their banking clients, in managing the programmes of various schemes across Europe.
Requirements
A Planning background ideally spent with a main contractor or developer / client business, or consultancy seconded to a high-end client business.
·Degree qualified in a suitable subject - i.e. Building, Construction or Engineering
·Good software skills - i.e. MS Project, Primavera
·Someone client facing with good communication skills
·Someone thorough and analytical, showing attention to detail
·An interest in Dispute avoidance or resolution, legal or contract services may be beneficial as the department also offers a range of services in this area
