Senior Consultant – Singapore – Permanent – Logmor Projects International Limited
Logmor Projects International Limited is searching for a senior consultant to work for a well established client in Singapore. Our client offer services in the areas of project and construction management, safety compliance, independent verification and specialist programming and planning.
Our client has over 20 years international experience building a solid reputation as an industry leader in the delivery of projects in all sectors including leisure, theme parks, commercial, residential, hotels, resorts, retail and mixed-use developments.
This fantastic one off positions requires a proven Consultant that fits the Job Description below for a role in Singapore. We require someone with familiarity with interpretation and understanding of contracts and construction law, post-graduate education in the area highly advantageous, excellent written and spoken English skills, , good network in the industry, able to handle clients and speak with authority. This requirement is immediate.
*It is preferable that the candidate has extensive experience in Singapore and / or Hong Kong*.
This opportunity is for a SeniorConsultantthat will be responsibleforprojectplanning, programmingandclaimsmanagementservices acrossavarietyofprojectsin thebuiltenvironmentin theAsian Region.You will berequiredtointeractwith clientsandprojectteams,providingtimemanagementandclaims &disputemanagementservices.Youwill alsointeractwithrepresentativesoftheClient,Consultants andtheConstructionContractor(s),toensurethe desiredprojectobjectives aredelivered. Youmustbe able to obtainadequateknowledgeandinformationaboutthe businessandthe projectsin order tomakeinformedvalue-addingrecommendationstothe ProjectTeams.
The senior consultants will work in an environment that is an amalgamationoftwoleadingconsultancyorganisations in Asia;they provide specialistservicesacross Asia, theMiddleEast,EuropeandAustralasia.Services offeredbythis clientand the (You; the successful consultant) will includeprojectmanagement (management ofthe entiredeliveryprocessfromsiteacquisition throughtofeasibility,design,construction, sales andoccupancyphases) andtheir - specialistprogramming/planningservices (offeringtime management, projectplanning,disputeresolutionand claimsmanagementexpertise).
