Company/project:
Top regional contractor operating in the Commercial, Residential, Healthcare & Leisure sectors on a national basis have an urgent requirement for a Senior Planner on a major project in London.
Essential skills/experience:
Due to an increase in workload a Senior Planner is required to join a busy team in London on a 6month freelance basis, as an experienced Planner you will be used to running jobs through the full life cycle of planning as a standalone Planner on projects or sections of projects in the region of £30m and will have at least 10years experience
Role/duties:
You will report into the Planning Manager for this project and manage large sections of the job autonomously and through the full construction process.
Qualifications:
Degree or similar technical qualification in construction or quantity surveying in addition to excellent IT skills. A strong working knowledge of ASTA PowerProject is essential.
