Estimating & Planning Manager – Singapore
Estimating & Planning Manager is currently required by a leading international main contractor to join their operations in Singapore. My client is a major player in the SE Asia construction market, they are an established business that boasts a very strong order book as a result of their reputation and repeat business.
The Estimating & Planning Manager will report directly into the regions director and be responsible leading and managing a team of Estimators and Planning Engineers in the tender and for providing quality submissions and tender documents.
Candidate
· Minimum 10 years planning experience within a main contractor environment.
· Very strong knowledge of building and/or civil construction.
· Degree qualified in Civil or Building Engineering or equivalent.
· Negotiation and influencing skills.
· Ability to lead and manage teams.
· Problem solving and decision making skills.
· Knowledge of innovative technology.
· Advanced planning software skills.
· Strong communicator both written and verbal.
