Planning Manager – Hong Kong
Planning Manager is currently required in Hong Kong by a leading main contractor that has a successful record for delivering complex projects. The Planning Manager is required for an exciting and challenging multimillion pound project based in Hong Kong. The Planning Manager will be responsible for leading a planning team and for developing the most appropriate method and sequence of construction operations.
Duties
· Overall responsibility for the planning – developing master programme and short term programmes, monitoring site progress, anticipating project demands.
· Lead a team of Planning Engineers and provide training when required.
Candidate
· Minimum 8 years site planning experience on construction projects.
· Experience on large projects.
· Degree holder in Civil or Building Engineering or equivalent.
· Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
· Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
· Proficient user of planning software packages.
