West London

£35,000-£55,000K (Depending on experience)

My Client is a leading Global well known, well established major force in the construction industry. They have annual revenue of over £5billion and employ around 50,000 people and operate across the globe. Their UK office focuses on Defence, Education, Health, Facilities Management & Services, Rail, Roads, Building; Civil Engineering and Utilities Services, and they are looking to bring an outstanding planner to join their busy team.

Responsibilities:

Analyse tender information and prepare tender programmes
Prepare and issue master/contract programmes
Assess and evaluate construction methods and techniques
Prepare procurement and information

Advise on logistics and methods of working
Identify complex construction and associated risks / opportunities
Assist in resolving the problems
Prepare presentations and attend interviews
Assess and report project progress positions, forecast project completion
The Successful planner will have:

 

Thorough working knowledge through significant job experience & training
Experience of supporting a business contract and/or providing support to a professional function
Have a minimum 3-5 years business experience

Build Relationships
Customer Focus
Must be from a builds/construction background
