Logmor Projects International Limited is working with our client, whom is a consultancy Plc, a market leader in the field of Dispute Resolution & Claims, Planning & Project Controls, and Expert Witness & Litigation support services within the Construction and Engineering Industries globally are currently seeking a Planning Consultant/ Senior Planner for a range of projects, chiefly in the power sector but also Building and Civils in South Africa.
They have offices in the UK and abroad and their Johannesburg office is thriving due to the award of a number of contracts, and a strategy is in place to continue developing within the region which should hopefully mean internal opportunities for career development and progression.
Experience required
·Thorough working knowledge of Primavera planning software
·Preparing delay analysis for extension of time and other contractual claims
·Relevant construction or engineering related degree
·A positive attitude to learn and to tackle a broad range of complex scheduling issues
·High standard of written and spoken English and can undertake expert commissions
We seek qualified, locally based, or relocatable staff with dual nationality or an interest in South Africa as future base, that want to work within an organisation where they can remain long term and develop themselves as the business continues to expand and diversify. Live Planning & Programme Management, delay analysis and retrospective claims planning has always been a core part of their offering and it would allow the successful candidate to immerse himself in a business with a strong global planning team they can work with and alongside.
