Planner/Project Controller/Scheduler, 12-18 month contract, Scotland (North), Pharmaceutical/Medical/Aerospace/Aviation up to £265 per day



Client – Established and world leading pharmaceuticals manufacturer that has been operating for over 100 years, and specialises in creating medical devices for the diabetes market.

 

The role:

• Maintain and develop detailed project schedules for a medical device new product development programme

• Updating of schedules and programmes, reporting

• Working alongside Programme and Project Managers and leaders

• Assisting with the growth of this new division by aiding with recruitment

• Manage timeline assumptions and track and mitigate actions

• Develop new project plans where required

• Put master plans into master schedule monthly

• Use of MSP (Microsoft Project) software

 

The candidate:



• MUST BE ELIGIBLE TO LIVE AND WORK IN THE UK. NO VISA SPONSORSHIP OFFERED. NON UK NATIONALS MUST ALREADY HOLD VISAS AND WORK PERMITS

• A planning, project control or scheduling background essential

• Candidates must have experience preparing schedules using Microsoft Project

• Experience of one of the following industries,  pharma/medical devises/avionics/aviation/aerospace is essential



It is essential that candidates will have previously worked within a highly regulated, safety critical environment.  



This position offers an exciting and important opportunity that can help towards creating services that will save lives. Also on offer is a decent rate of up to £265 per day and a lengthy contract.
