Our Client is responsible for the maintenance, renewal, and upgrade of underground rail infrastructure. Infrastructure Projects include track renewal and maintenance, rolling stock, power supply, mechanical and electrical projects, signalling, civil engineering, and station modernisation and construction projects.

A Senior Forensic Claims Planner is required to join a claims team working on engineering and rail infrastructure related claim project work. You will have a good understanding of all the stages of a claim's lifecycle. You will be able to analyse and interrogate programmes and identify irregularities and discrepancies relating to time, cost, and resources from complex subcontractor multi-scheduled programmes. You will be responsible for recording information, and preparing your findings from reports. You will be capable of representing my clients organisation in court. You will report to the Head of Claims and the Commercial Manager. Excellent knowledge of the NEC form of contract is required for this role. and a good understanding of the complete claims process is also required. You will be able to use P3e and P6. You will be able to create, maintain, and update programmes, working closely with commercial, planning, and project management teams. Your Planning skills will include earned value analysis, cost and resource loading, critical path and delay analysis, progress and performance analysis. Excellent communication skills are required for this role, working with individuals at all levels within the organisation. 

You will receive a daily rate of between £400 and £450 depending on your knowledge and ability. The contract will continue for 6 months. You will be located at my client's East London offices.
