SENIOR PLANNER
URGENT – Senior Planner – Construction – Permanent – Salary up to £70k + package
My key client in London, an international main contractor has outlined a need for a Senior Construction Planner to be based out of offices in Central London to work on project up to £250 million in value. This role will entail a mixture of site and tender planning , and the software currently being used is Asta Powerproject.
Duties:
• Client liaison, developing new relationships and building on existing ones
• Coordination of procurement, construction info into programme using ASTA
• Tender planning and bid support
• Record as built data on live projects
Candidates must hold a minimum of 5 years experience working within construction planning. They must also be strong users of asta powerproject and have mixed tender/site backgrounds. Applicants who are not already based in the UK will not be considered for this role due to the urgency.
