Our client is a Korean Project Management Consultant currently involved with the Saudi Arabian Government for a large Civil Infrastructure and Construction Project located in Riyadh, the complex incorporates 66 commercial blocks and 4 high towers.
Candidates should be degree qualified and have minimum of 25 years experience including Middle East/Saudi Arabia working experience as Project Manager/Director on similar construction projects.
The Project Director will be responsiblefor overall deliverables and management of project, representing the project team to the client and leading project staff.
Required Skills
- Must have knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management with project management techniques and tools.
- Strong Familiarity of people management, risk management and conflict management with communication and problem solving skills
- Proven experience in strategic planning, change management
- Need capacity of decision making, influencing and leading.
- Must be stress tolerance

- Lead the planning and implementation of project
- Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
- Define project tasks and resource requirements
- Develop full scale project plans
- Direct and Coordinate activities of project staff to ensure that goals and objectives of project are accomplished on time with quality.

- Provide direction and support to project team
- Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to the clients and present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
- Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
- Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
Special Requirements
- Strong experience of facility management including planning, directing, coordinating and budgeting.
- Proven knowledge of policy and procedures for facility management.
