My Client is a leading International Multi Disciplinary Architecture and Engineering Consultancy. They are looking for a Project Controls Manager for a housing project in Jeddah

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Preparation of project specific plans and the set up of procedures along with the understanding ofthe various design and tender stages through to completion.
  • Ability to prepare reports for management which may include project status reports, status of payments, schedules, financial analyses and earned value achievements.
  • Capability ofassisting in the preparation of technical and price proposals from within the Project Management division. 
  • Significant knowledge and proven leadership experience gained from a project/program management background.

·         Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop and maintain successful client relationships.

 

·         Working knowledge of Project Controls software such as Primavera P5 / P6 or Microsoft Project

 

Qualifications and Experience

·         Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering

·         15+ years of experience in planning and project controls

·         PMP or PE is favourable

·         Must have GCC Experience
