Planning Engineers – Freelance & Permanent
Logmor Projects International Limited is searching for a permanent senior planning engineer and several contact senior planning engineers for long term commissions in West Sussex. We have no. 7 opportunities for Planners.
The senior Planning engineerswill provide technical support and guidance to their Head of Area Projects and will supervise, manage, control and assist when required schedule development, maintenance, monitoring, and recovery plans development activities for all projects within that area.
Ensure the various planning and scheduling related reports produce on time with good quality standard and according to Gatwick process and procedures.
This opportunitywill require you to be responsible for the following: Develop interface and integrated schedule for that area as requested, continuously assists discipline or specialty engineers in developing their individual work plans and knowledge of overall discipline requirements. Assists in developing specific project codes of accounts and recommends appropriate modifications and revisions; schedule knowledge on a continuous basis to assist in work planning and interfacing with others; Prepares and develops study information as assigned also Manage and control the development of the historical installation and implementation records of the area project(s)
The planning engineers will require Significant experience with Primavera software (P6), ideally Very good knowledge of NEC contracts, Experience in performing, monitoring, and reviewing, Experience in performing quantity takeoffs, statistical analysis, and computer operations, Skilled in understanding technical processes, engineering drawings, quantity determinations, and mathematical and financial reports, Knowledge in the use of computers for executing work processes, Intermediate level of knowledge of engineering, procurement, contracts, construction, and start-up work processes and Knowledge of engineering and construction management customarily acquired by taking selected discipline training courses or through practical experience.
