Planning Engineer - Dubai

Logmor Projects International Limited is searching for a Project Planner to work in Dubai on a major EPC project. This client has a worldwide reach offering project management services to its client’s international major projects. The successful planning engineer will report to Project Services Manager and will be the focal point for the EPC Contractor Schedule Manager for all activities related to schedule. With your experience you will have to be the interlocutor EPC Contractor (activity leader, schedule manager). During the daily site walks, you will have to ensure that the HSE standards of the project are applied on the site. The Scope of tasks are: To assist EPC Contractor to finalize the level 4 schedule for construction phase, To assist the EPC Contractor to elaborate proper planning for commissioning activities (tools, elaborate basis for schedule), To review consistency of the overall project planning (links…), To analyze critical path, To review/approve/comment mitigation plans and progress curves from EPC Contractor, To propose recovery plans and improvements, To ensure that the daily/weekly/monthly reporting of progress of EPC Contractor is accurate (site walks, …), To assist Owner in the weekly progress meeting, To assist Owner with the monthly reports. The planning engineer will have worked at a senior role before, ideally with a consultancy, be Fluent in English have experience with Primavera P6 with experience in industrial plants (power plant is a plus) Excellent Salary & packages for the right planner.
