Logmor Projects International Limited is looking for an experienced a freelance Planner with a proven background in Town & Brownfield Planning. This will be working on projects in London, Bristol & Leicester.
We require a Planner that has experience in planning of Brownfield site project, this opportunity will have you involved with becoming the forward facing entity dealing with the Local Authority to achieve outline and detailed planning for residential and commercial development, in order to allow appropriate development to take place.
This would typically involve the regeneration of Brownfield sites including the correct balance of development.
This opportunity has a broad area of work that requires many different skills, to include:
- developing creative and original planning solutions to satisfy all parties;
- consulting with stakeholders and other interested parties and negotiating with developers and other professionals, such as surveyors and architects;
- researching and designing planning policies to guide development;
- attending and presenting at planning boards and appeals and at public inquiries;
- scheduling available resources
- writing reports, often of a complex nature..
The successful Planner can be based anywhere in the UK, however, you will need to travel as and when required to various sites and client / Local authority offices.
