Senior Construction Planning Engineer – Worcestershire
Senior Construction Planning Engineer is required for a vacancy in the Worcestershire due to ever increasing workloads. A competitive salary of £48,000 is on offer plus a fully comprehensive main contractor benefits package including car or car allowance, pension, healthcare etc.
Reporting into the Planning Manager the Senior Planner will be responsible for a portfolio of mixed use schemes in the Midlands region ranging in value of between £5-20m. The split between tender and contract planning will be 50/50 and the successful candidate will be required to visit sites to monitor existing projects in the Midlands region circa once every two weeks.
The candidate will ideally be qualified to Degree or HND level, planning experience at both the tender and contract stages of projects, have a minimum of 5 years planning experience in the construction industry, and be proficient in the use of Asta Powerproject.
