Lead Planner / Planning Manager – Sydney

A well known main contractor that operates internationally and plays a part in the delivery of some of the worlds most high profile projects is currently seeking to appoint a Lead Planner /Planning Manager for their building division based in Sydney .

The Lead Planner / Planning manager will be responsible for the preparation and assessing detailed project plans for all stages and facets of projects within the business unit to help deliver project outcomes on time. The Lead Planner / Planning Manager will partner the project teams in regards to resourcing delivery programmes, labour cost controls, forecasting and reporting and provide feedback to the business unit management.

Candidates will need to be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience to be considered for this opportunity:

  • Hold a degree in a construction related discipline
  • Minimum  years experience of tender planning.
  • Strong major projects experience.
  • Ability to lead and mentor other planners.
  • Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 software
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
