Senior Planning Engineer – up to £70,000 plus package

Senior Planning Engineer is required by a leading Main Contractor for an opportunity based in Central London – on offer is a basic salary of up to £70,000 plus a Main Contractor’s benefits package comprising of car or car allowance, pension, healthcare etc. The successful candidate will join my client’s Residential Division and be responsible for supporting the Senior Projects Teams in the delivery of major developments in London.

Responsibilities

• Develop programmes and monitor progress, ensuring that programmes are planned to an agreed strategy and projects are delivered on time.
• Delivery of design, procurement, target and trade package programmes.
• Responsible for As Built programmes.
  Attend meetings.
• Support Project Team to ensure Contracts planning obligations are met.
• Provide support and advice to planning engineers.

To be considered for this opportunity candidates will need to be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

• Minimum 5 years planning experience.
• Residential experience is essential.
• Advanced user of Asta Powerproject.
• Experienced in the delivery of major projects.
• HNC/Degree educated within a construction related subject.
• Strong communication skills.
