My client is one of the largest metals and minerals organisations in the world and they currently require a Senior Planner for a major project in Kazakhstan.
Reporting to the Project Controls Manager you will be responsible for monitoring and updating schedules in P6 for a major copper project.
The initial engineering phase which will continue for a further 12 months will have you based out of Perth, Western Australia.
Position will involve site work and office based work. Typically you will spend 1 week on site and 1 week at head office in Almaty, the largest City in Kazakhstan.
Successful applicants will have strong planning experience ideally gained in mining or metals projects. You must also be proficient in P6.
For VISA purposes a Degree or Degree Equivalent is essential.
