Construction Planner – Birmingham

A Construction Planner is currently required for a 3 month contract by a main contractor based in Birmingham. They are immediately seeking a Construction Planner to work alongside the pre-Construction Team and be responsible for preparing competitive tender programmes for new build and construction scemes valued at circa £20m.

Candidates will need to be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience to be considered:

  • Very strong understanding of construction techniques
  • Strong tendering experience
  • Proficient user of Asta Powerproject

Candidates will also need to be able to start immediately. On offer is a day rate of circa £340 per day.
