Head of Project Controls - Middle East
Logmor Projects International Limited is currently interested in speaking with experienced Project Controls Managers/ Directors for a lead position in the Middle East.
This client is a world leader, they have proven to be a top 10 consultancy by taking a full programme view, they work with their clients to understand where all the improvement opportunities lie and how they can be realised.
This opportunity is for a Head of Project Controls Management to lead £multi-Billion projects in the Middle East. You will lead & direct the project controls function in the Middle East. Manage the development of project controls teams, procedures and systems to facilitate the delivery of our clients programme management services to infrastructure sector clients.
The successful Head of Project Controls will have a Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification business related qualification,have significant experience of project management systems and project controls together with a working knowledge of the project lifecycle and its associated interfaces within the engineering construction industry that has a demanding safety critical environment, Significant and successful experience in managing complex and large programmes and projects with direct accountability for the achievement of objectives and experience of running a portfolio level project management support team that has demonstrably contributed to enhancing the success of an organisation's programmes and projects along with experience of presenting at board level. You must will be Computer literate, including experienced with Primavera Systems, EDMS, Cost, Contract Administration and Risk Management applications together with a knowledge of ERP systems - ideally Oracle. Microsoft Office and have a high level of negotiation and influencing skills to build constructive relationships at the highest levels within the company and with external suppliers.
This one off opportunity will offer a permanent salary of circa £90,000 to £120,000 & you will be based in Qatar.
