Senior Planning Engineer – South London - £55k plus package
A Senior Planning Engineer is currently required by a leading Main Contractor to be based on site on a £100m mixed use project in South London. The Senior Planning Engineer will be responsible for working alongside the site team and playing a pivotal role in the delivery of this major scheme which includes 250 residential units, leisure facilities and retail units.
To be considered for this opportunity, candidates will need to be able to demonstrate the following knowledge and experience:
- Minimum 5 years planning experience which has been gained on UK construction projects.
- Advanced knowledge of Asta powerproject.
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques
- HND or equivalent in Building
On offer is a basic salary of up to £55,000 plus an attractive benefits package including car / car allowance, pension, healthcare, life assurance, gym subsidy etc.
