This challenging and rewarding role will be based in Bristol where you will be leading a team of four planning professional s on UK wide projects. The Role and Responsibilities
The key purpose of the role of Senior Planner is take ownership of the interface and integration of Primavera P3/P6 with bespoke data systems and also Oracle. You will report into the Programme Controls Manager and lead a small team of Project Planning professionals with responsibility for their development and training with the Primavera P3 suite ensuring best practice at all times. In the absence of the Programme Controls Manager, you will act as the first point of contact for the various project teams. Using your extensive data systems experience, you will act as a trouble-shooter for the department identifying any current/future issues and will develop efficient solutions for these problems. You will oversee the reporting of actual performance and variance against the annual plan and forecast the outcomes.
Requirements
In order to be considered for the role of Senior Planner, all applicants will need to demonstrate and possess the following:
*Proven knowledge of Primavera P3/P6 and how it interfaces with other systems
*Experience of troubleshooting
*Experience of mentoring and training staff in P3/P6
*Previous experience working in the planning market
