Planning Engineer – London & Bucks
Planning Engineer is required by a dynamic organisation to play a key role in the delivery of a portfolio of projects on behalf of one of their major clients based in Central London. The postion will be spilt between their client’s site offices in Central London and my clients office in Buckinghamshire. On offer is a basic salary to £50,000 plus a benefits package which comprises of car allowance, paid travel expenses, pension and healthcare.
My client is contracted to a major retail business and they are responsible for the programme delivery of a portfolio of store fit out and refurbishment projects across Central London. They are seeking an experienced Planning Engineer to act as their respresentaive on site and to also be involved in the planning function from their Buckinghamshire office.
Candidates will need to be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience to be considered for this opportunity:
- Minimum 4 years planning experience
- Good understanding of construction techniques
- Fit Out experience is required. Retail experience would be benefical but not essential.
- Strong user of Asta Powerproject.
- Ability to commute inbetween Central London and Buckinghamshire.
