Ref 27117 – Planner/Senior Planner – Build & Construction – MSP & ASTA, Hertfordshire, Permanent, Salary up to £50,000 + package
Company – Top 10 UK contractor, has one of the busiest teams in the South East of England and a long standing reputation. Projects currently undertaking include stations, mixed use schemes, retail, commercial, academies, schools, student accommodation, leisure centres and hotels. Recruiting due to a high increase in workload for the 5 man team. There is an 80%:20% split between tender and site/contract planning.
Ideal candidate
- Minimum 4 years UK planning experience in build & construction
- Candidates must have both tender and site planning experience
- Candidates must be strong users of Microsoft Project
- Good team players essential and a mentoring background desired
- Must be eligible to live and work in the UK, no sponsorship on offer
- A UK driving licence is also essential
