Ref: 27120 - Planner/Senior Planner – Salary up to £50,000 + package – Asta Powerproject/MSP – Construction/Fit-Out – North West London

Company – Operating for over 30 years, operate 5 division all related to construction, key planning tools used are MSP and Asta Powerproject and occasionally Primavera P6. Recruiting due to a high increase in workload, more specifically on hotels in London with schemes ranging in value from £12million to £150 million. This is a mixed site and tender planning position.

Ideal candidate

• Minimum 5 years UK planning experience within build sector
• Minimum of 1 year experience working on fit out projects
• A good understanding of MSP and Asta Powerproject software
• Will be a self-starter with a mix of tender and site planning experience
• Must be eligible to live and work in the UK, work permits will not be sponsored
