Regional Planning Engineer - Hertfordshire
Regional Planning Engineer is required for a vacancy in Hertfordshire – the company is a well known contracting business that comprises of a UK wide network of offices. A very competitive salary of up to £60,000 per annum is on offer plus a fully comprehensive main contractor benefits package for the right individual.
Due to increasing workloads they are seeking to appoint a Regional Planning Engineer to strengthen their planning capabilities. Their business concentrates on private construction in Hotel & Leisure, Residential (non housing), Commercial Offices, and Industrial projects.
The Regional Planning Engineer will be responsible for the following:
· Ability to introduce a more consistent system of programming and reporting across all projects in the Region from inception, through design, procurement and construction
· Primavera P6 expertise.
· Ability to manage complex programmes into simple and understandable plans
· Auditing ability and subsequent remedial support as required
· Hands on ability to programme complex construction projects
· Provide appropriate planning training workshops to staff of project teams – planning for success.
· Ability to report transparently to Construction Directors on key issues whilst being accessible and hands on to support project managers and their teams.
