The Operator and maintainer of the Uk’s Rail infrastructure is seeking a Project Planner (Project Controls) to join it’s team based out of NE London on a 6 month contract.
Using your expertise in project planning you will work closely with programme and project managers by developing a project work breakdown structure so projects can be monitored efficiently and professionally.
As an experienced Project Planner you will be responsible for monitoring programmes and regular updates for a large portfolio of complex work projects. You will have a detailed knowledge of Primavera P3e and an understanding of the wider Project Management Framework.
A strong knowledge of earned value management and milestone and KPI reporting will also help you to keep control of the variety of projects, ensuring that they are delivered to the high standard expected.
To be considered for this role you will have extensive experience inP3e, experience in management, planning or delivery of major construction projects, a working knowledge ofproject controls processes and systems and able to manage data in a proficient and competent manner
In return for your skills and experience you will be rewarded with a rate of up to £325 Per day and a contract duration initially until 23/12/11.
