Our client is seeking to employ a Track Maintenance Planner to form an integral part of their Track Maintenance team. Reporting to the Superintendent Track Maintenance, the main purpose of this role is to prioritise and provide short term planning, scheduling and reporting of required mainline & non-mainline track maintenance activities in accordance with safety, environment and statutory requirements

 

Your Key Responsibilities will include:

• Preparation of maintenance plans, schedules and packages for maintenance activities on track, access road and plant based at 7 Mile, including detailed work scopes, material identification, work packages, work schedules and estimated cost of work.

• Analysing maintenance history data on equipment performance, to ensure the appropriate maintenance frequencies and practices are in place.

• Ensuring appropriate allocation and availability of material and equipment resources to achieve planned outcomes.

 

You will have prior maintenance planning experience in a track or rail environment and be competent in Microsoft office applications. Previous experience with SAP will be highly regarded. Your ability to communicate at all levels and attention to detail will be vital to your success in this role.
