We are a leading International consulting organization specialiaizing in Project/Cost/Contract Management urgently seeking a team of Planning Managers to join them in Saudi Arabia. You will need to have a Degree in a Construction / Engineering subject, have a stable work record as a Planning Engineer moving up to Planning Manager and have good experience of working on high value, high rise and other building projects as well as having a good overall understanding of the Aviation industry. You must have good experience in the use of Primavera and MS Project and have substantial experience of managing other planners both internally and externally. You will be responsible for:
• Project planning and scheduling.
• Developing logic networks based on critical path.
• Framing work breakdown structure / activity code structure.
• Project progress monitoring & Schedule compliance.
• Project cost controlling by calculating Man hours.
• Identifying bottleneck areas and alerting management.
• Coordination and interface with client, and other sub-contractors.
• Conceptualize project execution plans, finalize Scope of work after thorough discussion with Clients, and conduct project evaluation in terms of outlays and profits.
• Controller of monthly production schedule, Material schedule, Control report and Progress report Including MIS reports.
• Controller of material for assigned projects. (ERP and Primavera Packages.)
• Preparation of Build Strategy.
• Project budgeting and control.
• Cardinal Program charts and detail pert monitoring.
- Client or consultancy-side experience;
- Primavera P3/P5/P6; experience an absolute must minimun pf 10 year experience using this software successfully within ALL its functions capabilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills a must.
Ideal candidates will have similar previous experience with the Aviation Industry with a minimum of 15 years total experience.
