The Organization provides construction, engineering and project management services for major infrastructure projects.

 A Senior Planner is required to join a Planning team to provide Planning expertise, in particular proposal expertise. You will have a broad range of Planning skills including earned value analysis, critical path, and performance analysis. 

 You will need to conduct time impact analysis and you will be responsible for producing and presenting Schedule Impact Reports. You will be responsible for the development and review of schedule recovery plans, evaluating additional resources or costs required which will effect plans. You will oversee the integration of activities and the total work scope identification. You will also oversee the project schedule staffing and quantity reporting. You will assist with the development of scheduling standards and procedures. You will compile, summarize, update, and maintain historical schedule data. You will also monitor and report the critical path and schedule performance of projects. You will prepare and analyse comparisons of scope, quantities, and cost data between different projects and perform productivity analysis of the construction stage of a project.  You findings will be used in future estimates while overseeing past estimates and their accuracy.  You will establish milestones for the total project or major sections of the project, reviewing activities so that you can compile scope definition information. You will develop bid evaluation cost and schedule criteria, and prepare bid evaluations.  You will review the project scope in schedules and compare and analyse scope, quantities, and cost data between different projects. Productivity analysis will then be required relating to construction operations and your findings will be used for future estimates. You will also conduct personnel performance reviews and make recommendations. 

You will work closely with project personnel including line managers, engineers, project managers and managers from other departments.  You will also need to provide technical and operational advice and directions to individuals. 

You will receive a basic annual salary of between £45,000 and £58,000 depending on your knowledge and ability. You will receive a benefits package which will include pension and healthcare. You will be located in the central London office.
