Stuart,

if your project is small, keu in again the task durations; if not, copy / paste the durations to a spreadsheet, then again to the duration comumn in MSP

chance are that it will solve the problem

have you also checked calendar options? a standard day in calendars should have the same duration in hours as displayed in the options

how many different calendars with different day templates do you have in your project?
