Performance over VPN (P6 v23.12)

Hi David, 

we have one planner who is logging in via a remote desktop (VMWare Horizon), as doesn't have any company IT kit, and has no issue, so it's only those of us that use company laptops via VPN with the issue.

That's the baffling thing about it.

We previously had v17.2 and it worked perfectly over VPN, and all settings for the VPN (and AV/firewall) are matching.

Difference with our set up versus yours is that we don't open a virtual desktop via VPN, we just use it to connect to company network from home.

All I can report is that it works for me! Not sure where this particular client's system is, but not my timezone.
