Step 1: Activate the "Resource Usage Spreadsheet" to show on bottom:

Step 2: Make sure to include the "spreadsheet" option under the print setup. You must make sure to do step one or else the "spreadsheet" option will be greyed out.

Solution # 2:
Go to "Resource Assignments" to view the resource assignments spreadsheet. Then print that page.
This guys issue was never solved and I have the same problem. You might not know why it is not coming up as directed, but it isn't. I can copy all and paste to excel and make an excel graph but it seams pretty reasonable that is should be that hard to print a simple graph. Original problem - there is no selection choice for spreadsheet - only this:
There is not box for spreadsheet under the options menu in page setup.
Only:
Print > Icons (check box) and Grid Lines (Check Box)
And
Page Settings > Break Page Every Group (Check Box)
That really doesnt cover it all. What I found is that you have to have the Gantt Chart turned on in order for the proper options to show up in the Page Setup menu.

Hi Tim,
The reason why you have that box in the page setup options it is because you select the "Activity Table" in the Activities Window.
Just follow my post #2.

Arnold

Youll open the speadsheet in the view "Activities".
Then File --> Print Preview --> "Page Set-up" (the icon in the upper left corner) --> "Options" --> mark "spreadsheet"

Hi Tim,
Follow the following steps.
1. Go to view --> show on bottom --> resource usage spreadsheet.
2. At the left bottom corner of your monitor, select any resources you wanted to show.
3. At the center bottom of your monitor, you can customize the column.
4. At the right corner of your monitor, you can select the spreadsheet field whether budgeted, remaining or actual units/cost.
5. When done, go to file --> print preview.
6. Select the page setup button --> options, untick all the the check box and tick only the "spreadsheet.
You can now print only the available resource usage spreadsheet.
I hope this helps.
Regards,
Arnold
