I have a programme of 7000 activities. I have resource-loaded the activities (e.g. Carpenter, Steel Fitter, Mason, Helper, Machine Operator, JCB, Tower Crane, etc.). I make updates on the programme every week. The programme is showing a delay of 15 days. I need the revised resources for the updated activities.
Now here is the problem -
When I generate a Resource-Report, I get the same number of resources per unit time period as of the baseline programme. Im not interested in the original resource planned before the start of the project. Im interested in the revised resource required for the updated programme and the project as a whole.
Can anyone advice asap.

As you should expect, Act 1 gets the resource first as default priority in the Priorization Tab in levelling is Late Start then Total Float...unless you want to nominate different priorities in which case you can control which resource you wish to get first use of the resource.

You mention the resources per activity is revised. May I know it is: -
- change resources; or
- availble quantity from the pool is revised; or
- budget quantity per activity per resouces revised; or
too many options, please specify.
