You can try this tool that can perform all tasks from Primavera to Excel and vice versa.

where this video <in English> explains exactly how you can use it      https://youtu.be/YjVqyzOCgSE

The link of the same video <in Arrabic> is     https://youtu.be/VbAuokYeJWk

In addition to some extra features it performs the all tasks of the 4 Excel-Sdk files :

 <ACTIVITY6v83.xls> <PROJECTv83.xls> <Dictionary6v7.xls> <WBS6v6.xls>

The links of the three videos that illustrates how you can use the magic tool to export the Dictionary, Project, WBS and Activities data to the Primavera database

Hello. I developed a new tool in Excel that helps with this kind of automation. It is called the P6XL Bridge. It allows the user to manage their P6 schedule data in Excel and get the results live without importing. It uses the SDK in the background. The link is below. I hope it could be of use to you.

You can create a WBS through Excel using the XER parser that is available on the Oracle Primavera Knowledgebase.

You can create and XER, modify it in Excel using the parser and then re-import it and the WBS elements will be created.

The Excel native import only supports activities and resources, not WBS element import.
