So, why not make a custom filter that does whatever it is you want? If you are a beginner, start simple to get the hang of it, and it is probably best to avoid making the queries over-complicated.
The date range filter will get you 1) and 2). The incomplete tasks filter will get you 3). Study them both (more filters, select and edit), do not change them, and make a new filter which combines the conditions. Frankly, I wouldn't do it myself. I would just use the two filters that are already there.
