Draughting is definitely a diferrent discipline, however, it would be interesting to hear their views, and for them to understand ours, the site is excellent, and could be made to cater for them, and maybe some of the other associated disciplines connected to planning, it would be a good idea, to seperate the membership by disciplines.
We were led to believe that AutoCad is more of a drawing / drafting tool than a planning package. It does not seem appropriate to add a separate forum area for this.
Does anyone have any strong objections, or do we have the wrong information about the uses and purpose of Autocad?

Chris,
The site you recommended "http://www.cadtutor.net/forum/" is excellent.
Others,
Autocad is a drawing program. However, like Primavera, the program has tremendous depth, with many differnt ways to do things.
For me, finding a site like Planning Planet really made a big difference in my use of Prima Vera.
It looks like "cadtutor.net" may offer the same style of friendly, expert advice on using AutoCad.
