Having said that, if anyone's interested, I will also be presenting a paper on the associated theory as part of the "Litigation Track" of Fred Plotnick's Construction CPM Conference in San Diego CA, mid-January, 2015. It also coincides with a Planning Planet conference!

I think the answer is a definite yes, but I am patiently waiting for a patent application to go through before I elaborate exactly on how the software will work.
You may want to make contact with PP Member Anders Axelson who is developing software called DelayMaster which will automatically solve all forensic delay situations at the touch of a button.
