I published a 2-page review of this book in the October 2003 edition of Cost Engineering, the journal for the AACEi (Volume 45/ No. 10) with an accompanying 3-page article on the merits of the CPM algorithm used by the author.
In short,
(1) It is a good and understandable book. It shows how to compute the CPM in a different manner than P3 (or the AACEi) uses but it still gets the job done.
(2) Import and export comprise 12 pages of this 340-page textbook (3/4 of that is pictures showing how it is done.)
